This Privacy Statement explains the privacy guidelines that the Burren College of Art has adopted for its website. This policy relates to websites hosted under the burrencollege.ie and burrenlawschool.org domains only. The College is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites which may be linked to from the main site.
Information provided by users – newsletter subscriptions, form submissions, booking and invoice payments – is used by the University only in accordance with the purpose for which it has been provided and will only be retained for as long as required for the purpose. Burren College of Art will not divulge any personal information about its web visitors on this website without permission save in cases where the College is required by law to do so, such as the investigation of a criminal offence by the Gardai, or a breach of the College’s web-related policies, procedures or guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
- In the case of programme or workshop fees, the Burren College of Art accepts no obligation to refund any fee or part thereof within 4 weeks before the start of the programme.
- In the case of Burren Law School bookings, the Burren College of Art accepts no obligation to refund any fee or part thereof within 2 weeks before the start of the event.
Transaction Fee
All Credit Card payments are subject to a Transaction Fee of 2.5%.
