Noelle Gallagher graduated with an honours degree in Fine Art (Paint) in 2011 from the Centre for Creative Arts and Media, GMIT, Galway. She has since exhibited in numerous group shows in Ireland including Éigse, and the forthcoming Claremorris Open, as well as curated members’ shows at artist-run spaces such as Ormston House and 126. Recent Exhibitions include The Open West, Cheltenham, UK and a solo exhibition in Powerscourt Townhouse, Dublin, in association with Describing Architecture. In addition to being a recipient of the Emerging Irish Artist Residency Award from the Burren College of Art and 126, she has been awarded residencies in Cill Rialaig, and in Powerscourt Townhouse, as well as an Individual Artists Bursary from Galway County Council. She is a finalist in the international biennial neo:artprize’15 exhibition, Bolton, UK.
